The Frigate jumped out of Slip-Space once more. It fell into orbit around the once Forerunner planet, Thereare. Although the past events for Linda had been hectic, she still had a mission to complete. And this time, she brought a little more help. She of course had her fourteen remaining troops and Onyx, but this time, she brought in the big gun. With her was her leader and friend, John. Spartan 117. Master Chief. She felt better knowing that she wouldn't have to call all the shots. She was never good at leading. She had 9 Pelicans. She assigned two to a Pelican except one, which Onyx would be alone. She still didn't completely trust him around her troops. She and John would be in the lead one, and everyone else would follow. After a few minutes of loading, 9 Pelicans made their way towards the surface.

"Well we are going to finish what we came here to do first. I already put yesterdays hectic events into my mission log, but we still have to complete our mission to scout the entire planet. It's a biring job, but someone has to do it," Linda explained for Onyx. All the Pelicans landed. Linda got out and looked around. She turned to her troops. "Okay here's how it's working. You seven," she pointed to half of her troops, "Go with Master Chief. The rest of you, and Onyx, come with me. Grid formations. Cover the whole planet." They obeyed and the scouting re-started.

In the hidden facility on Thereare, Ex-Corporal Miller watched the view screens as he saw the nine Pelican touch down and their passengers split into two groups. This was very interesting. Why did they leave and come back? He called one of his specialists with stealth. "Keep an eye on them," he ordered. He continued to watch the view screens as they began moving in a grid formation around the planets surface.

OCC: I'm sorry, but I question the realizm of fourteen people covering a planet able to hold them down with reasonable enough gravity in a reasonable amount of time. Regardless;
Kevin exited his Pelican, Battle Rifle in his right hand, aiming towards the ground and his Magnum at his waist, ready to fire if he ran out of ammo or lost his Battle Rifle for some reason. He heard the unit's leader, some Linda person order them to split into tow groups and scan the planet grid formation. He just sighed loudly, removing his helmet to reveal what used to be short blonde hair, but was now longer than regulation and with waves in it, not curls. Nobody questioned it, though. There was really no reason. He had his helmet on during combat, and since the reason for cutting their hair was so it wouldn't get in the way, there was no reason to do such a thing to a sodlier that would be wearing a full helmet.
He went with Linda and Onyx's group, staying at the back of the formation and keeping from interacting with the others.

Chad walked off of the Pelican and looked over at the Spartan he was assigned to. Sierra 117 is what the commander called him, yet Linda just called him John. Chad inspected the Spartan suspiciously. He heard many stories about the Spartan, how he was a hero, courageous, never failed a mission. Yet what about his aid? His "companions". How many of them made it back? Has anybody ever seen Sierra fight and live to tell? Every friend Chad had who ever fought along side Sierra died along Sierra. Chad had his doubts, this guy didn't seem to give a damn about him, or any of the other Marines. But he kept his thoughts to himself, he was here to do a mission, and he intended to complete that mission. He grabbed his assault rifle, checked the chamber, put on his helmet, and followed the squad.
